Terms & Conditions

1. Quotations

Our quotations are valid for 60 days unless stated otherwise. They are based on the measurements, photographs, information and visible site conditions available when prepared. If we discover additional work is needed, we will explain the reason and agree any additional cost with you before proceeding. Customer-requested changes may affect the price and timetable.

2. Deposits & payments

A deposit or material contribution may be required to secure your booking and order materials. The amount and payment schedule will be set out in your quotation or written agreement. Larger jobs may have staged payments linked to agreed milestones. Unless otherwise agreed, the remaining balance is payable on completion of the agreed work. We will not add unapproved extras to your invoice.

3. Installation dates & weather

Installation dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. Resin installation depends on suitable weather, temperature and surface conditions. Rain, wind, low temperatures or other unsuitable conditions may mean we need to postpone work to protect the quality of the finish. We will let you know as soon as reasonably possible and arrange a new date. Your legal rights in relation to unreasonable delays remain unaffected.

4. Existing surfaces & hidden conditions

Our quotation reflects the condition of the surface and ground that can reasonably be assessed before work starts. Hidden problems, such as unstable sub-bases, drainage issues or deteriorated materials, may require additional work. We will discuss the options and obtain your agreement before carrying out chargeable extra work.

5. Materials & appearance

Resin-bound finishes use aggregates that may naturally vary in shade, texture and appearance. Samples, photographs and digital previews are guides rather than guarantees of an identical colour match. We will confirm the agreed colour and design before installation. Any finish must still meet the standard required by consumer law.

6. Curing & aftercare

Freshly installed resin needs time to cure. Our usual minimum guidance is:

• Walking: wait at least 24 hours.
• Driving: wait at least 72 hours.

Actual curing time depends on the weather and site conditions. Follow any longer or more specific instructions we give you. Avoid moving heavy objects across the surface or using unsuitable cleaning products while it is curing.

7. Guarantees & workmanship

Qualifying full dig-out installations may be offered with a 25-year guarantee where this is expressly confirmed in your written quotation or guarantee document. The specific scope, conditions and exclusions will be provided separately. Other work is covered by any guarantee expressly agreed for that job. Please contact us promptly if you notice a concern so we can assess it. Your statutory rights are not affected by any commercial guarantee.

8. Preparing for your installation

Please provide reasonable access to the work area and remove vehicles, furniture, pots and other movable items unless we agree otherwise. Tell us about known underground services, drainage concerns or existing problems. Children and pets should be kept away from the work area and freshly laid surfaces until safe to use.

9. Cancellations & rescheduling

Please tell us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your booking. Any cancellation charge will comply with applicable consumer law and will reflect costs or losses we can reasonably justify. Deposits are not automatically non-refundable.

10. Care, damage & liability

We will take reasonable care while working at your property. Please report any concerns about accidental damage promptly. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for failure to use reasonable care and skill or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Complaints

If you have a concern about your installation, please contact us with details and photographs where helpful. We will review the matter and arrange an inspection where appropriate, with the aim of reaching a fair resolution.
